Aston Martin Lagonda

It was the ‘70s and Aston Martin was up against it. The company was facing mounting financial pressure and, in the hopes of digging themselves out, they opted to foray into the four-door vehicle market. They did two-door cars well, so how hard could four-doors really be.

As it turns out, pretty hard. The Lagonda was full of on-board computers that failed constantly. It wasn’t aesthetically pleasing either. Bloomberg has the Lagonda listed as one of the 50 ugliest cars of the last 50 years and it made Time Magazine’s top 50 worst-cars list too!
