Though we all have to drive something to work each morning, a lot of automotive enthusiasts are wondering what to make of the Corvette and Supra models that are being teased across social media platforms. In a time where just recreating a legend isn’t enough, the stakes are high and the expectations even higher.
Rumor has it that the next Corvette generation will be mid-engine, and that the Supra platform has perhaps already debuted as a concept car years ago. BMW and Toyota collaborated on the Supra but when MotorTrend mentions, “don’t hold out for a manual transmission,” we’re not sure Brian O’Conner would approve.
