3. 2014 Ford Fusion

When the Ford Fusion was first introduced, it was a radical departure from Ford’s previous mid-size offering, the Taurus, which was a rental and fleet sales darling. But the problem was, it was still a somewhat boring mainstream car. In 2013, Ford unveiled a brand new Ford Fusion, which was a radical departure: smooth, sweeping lines and a face that looked like an Aston Martin made it one sexy sedan. However, with new design came new bolt-on upgrades, which make the 2014 Ford Fusion a prime target for thieves. In fact, Car and Driver did an entire report about how the rims were stolen off of one of their long term test cars in a Michigan apartment complex parking lot. Last year, 730 brand new Fusions were completely stolen, and that doesn’t take into account the number that had their wheels stolen.
