Ford Galaxie
We’re not talking about just any old version of the classic Galaxie, but the burly 7-liter version of the car that Ford itself celebrated by slapping a million special badges all over the body. The car was in-your-face in so many ways, especially when the engine revs up and a wicked exhaust note bellows out.
Sadly, you’ll have to hunt pretty hard to track down a 7-liter Galaxie, because Ford made them as a dedicated model for one year, then offered it as a special package for a few more before doing away with them altogether. It’s a shame, but your hard work at tracking one down will pay off when you can’t hear anyone who isn’t shouting at you.
