1959 Cadillac Eldorado

Although Cadillac has been trying to re-brand itself as of late and succeeding at doing so, there was a time that Cadillac was the ultimate in luxury transportation. No other vehicle in the brands history does a better job of manifesting that fact the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado.

In 1959, Cadillac unveiled a new design. Gone was the rounder plump Cadillac, replaced by longer and sleeker models with dramatic lines. Who can forget the Eldorado’s sky high tailfins and rounded bubble windshield? Fun fact: the 1959 Eldorado is the longest production Cadillac on record, measuring a little over a foot longer than an Escalade ESV.
