2. Chrysler Crossfire


People who ride around in these things like they’re behind the wheel of an exotic and beautiful roadster need their vision and pulse checked. The sad part is that the concept for the Crossfire was great, but the execution was sloppy, at best.

Chrysler, which was together with Daimler back in 2003, took the first-generation Mercedes SLK and use the aging platform to build its own hardtop convertible. The company didn’t even bother to slap a decent body on the flawed foundation, helping to spell utter doom for the vehicle. Today, some misguided souls believe the Crossfire was brilliant. They should drive a new Porsche Boxster before making that call.
